Excellent Stay Near AO Arena!
clean room lovely biscuits short bus
The room was clean and smelled lovely, I was very impressed. The hosts provided tea, coffee, and even biscuits, a very nice touch. The location was great for the AO Arena. It was only a short bus ride away. The communication with the host was perfect.
The bathroom was quite small, but manageable.

decent stay
clean room comfortable bed on street parking small room missing fridge poor insulation
the room was clean the bed was comfy. the location was good for what i needed. on street parking was available right outside.
the room was quite small it did feel a bit cramped. there was no fridge so i could not store any food. i could also hear noise from the neighboring room it was not well insulated.

limited space ineffective soundproofing
The size of the room proved rather limited. It felt cramped. also, the advertised soundproofing was not entirely effective. i could hear noises from adjacent rooms and the outside, which disrupted my sleep. This needs addressing, the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
